Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Elure service at getelure.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Elure Ltd ("Elure", "we", "us").

Elure converts uploaded video files into branded PDF lead magnets using AI transcription and content generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Elure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getelure.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may use Elure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Upload content you do not own or have the right to use.
• Upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its API.
• Use the service to generate content that misleads, defrauds, or harms others.
• Resell or sublicense access to Elure without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

You retain ownership of all video content and brand assets you submit. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of delivering your eBook. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

The PDF eBooks generated by Elure are yours to use however you like — as lead magnets, gated content, or otherwise. Elure makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You should review all output before distributing it.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Beta pricing lock-in: If you subscribe during our beta period you will retain your rate for the life of your subscription, provided it remains active and in good standing.

We reserve the right to change prices for new subscriptions with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

If you are charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a refund.

The free plan provides one eBook generation at no cost. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free plan at any time.

The Elure name, logo, website design, and software are owned by Elure Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding. You may not copy or imitate the Elure platform.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elure's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
